Effective July 15, 2026.
These terms govern your use of this site and any evaluation of Anteon we open for your company.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this site or evaluating Anteon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it. If your company signs a services agreement with us, that agreement controls where the two differ.
What Anteon is
Anteon is the determinism layer for enterprise AI. It gives a deployment a standard library of deterministic engines, a curated index of third-party APIs, and a compiler that builds customer-specific engines from customer traffic. Anteon is sold through a conversation, not a checkout. Nothing on this site creates a subscription, and booking a call creates no obligation on either side.
Evaluations and access
There is no self-serve account. If we open an evaluation for your company, access belongs to the company, and the people who use it must be authorized by it. Keep evaluation credentials secure, and tell us if someone outside the company gets hold of them. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Acceptable use
Use the site to learn about Anteon and to reach us. Do not try to break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the site or anything we expose to you in an evaluation. Do not scrape the site into a dataset, and do not resell or pass on access we give your company. We can suspend or end an evaluation that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The site, the engine library, the index, the compiler, and everything else that makes up Anteon belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no license beyond what you need to read the site and run an agreed evaluation.
Customer traffic and compiled engines
Your traffic stays yours. When your company routes traffic through Anteon, that traffic remains the company’s, and we process it for one purpose, to compile and operate engines for that company. An engine compiled from your traffic serves your deployment; we do not use your traffic to build engines for anyone else, and no outside model provider handles it, because the compiler runs on infrastructure we operate. The compiled engine itself is Anteon software, licensed to your company under its services agreement; the traffic that shaped it, and your data inside it, stay yours. The services agreement sets the detail, including retention and deletion, and controls over this section where the two differ.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide the site and any evaluation as they are, without warranties, express or implied. A result an engine returns during an evaluation is an evaluation result, not a promise about production behavior. Production commitments live in the services agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the site or an evaluation, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If your company has a services agreement with us, its liability terms govern the engagement instead.
Changes to these terms
We may change the site and these terms. When a change matters, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
Ending use
You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or end an evaluation that breaks these terms. How an engagement ends, including what happens to traffic and compiled engines, is set by its services agreement.
