Effective July 15, 2026.

This policy explains what Anteon collects when you visit this site or start a conversation with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers

Anteon operates this site. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Anteon, and “the site” means the pages you are reading now. The policy covers the site and the conversations that begin here. Work we do for a customer under a services agreement is governed by that agreement first; where the two differ, the agreement wins.

Information we collect

The site works without an account, and nothing on it asks you to sign up. If you contact us or book a call, we receive what you send, which is your name, your work email, your company, and whatever your message includes. The site also keeps two small preferences in your browser, a language choice and a reading position; they stay on your device and never reach us. The cookie policy describes both.

How we use information

We use what you send us to reply, to set up the call you asked for, and to run the evaluation or engagement that follows. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share information

No analytics service, advertising network, or social widget runs on this site. We share information only with the providers that host our infrastructure, and only so they can run it for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Customer traffic

An engagement is different from a visit. When a customer routes traffic through Anteon so the compiler can build engines from it, that traffic remains the customer’s and is handled under the services agreement. We process it only to compile and operate that customer’s engines, on infrastructure we operate, and we do not use one customer’s traffic to build anything for anyone else. The terms describe this in full.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence while the conversation is live, plus the records we need for legal obligations after that. Ask us to delete a thread and we will, unless the law says we must keep it. Customer traffic follows the retention terms of the services agreement, not this policy.

Your rights and choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to a copy of your information or to object to how we handle it. Reach us through the contact page and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
